Some good thoughts in here. It's always nice to prepare for the end of the world or hyperinflation in the US. Though, I don't think either are very probable. In any event, working on physical and mental health every day is always a good idea no matter what. So is buying a little Bitcoin, simply because it has proved to be one of the better performing assets over most timeframes we can look at.
